Shipping policy

This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

1. Delivery area

We currently deliver within Germany only.

2. Shipping method and shipping costs

We ship with DHL. The following shipping costs apply per order:

• Germany: €6.90.
  

You can see the shipping costs in the cart and at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Delivery time

We prepare products from the shop for shipping within 3 to 5 business days after the contract is concluded. Delivery by DHL within Germany then usually takes 1 to 3 business days. The total delivery time within Germany is therefore 4 to 8 business days.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. If a different delivery time is stated for an item, the information on the product page applies.

For one-off pieces and orders on request, we will tell you the delivery time in our quote.

4. Shipment tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we send you a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number.

5. Damaged or lost shipments

If your parcel is damaged or has not arrived at all, write to us at info@delcube.com. Please include your order number and, in case of damage, send a few photos of the parcel and its contents. We will get back to you as quickly as possible and sort out everything else with you.

It is best to have visible damage to the packaging confirmed directly by the delivery driver. This helps us when we clarify the matter with DHL.

If you are a consumer, we bear the risk of the goods being lost or damaged in transit. Your statutory rights remain unaffected in any case.
