Frequently asked questions
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope, because no two projects are alike. You get the price before we start, then it's your call.
What do I need for a replacement part?
A few photos with a ruler or tape measure in the shot, plus the key dimensions. We'll build the 3D model from that and send you a preview and the price before printing.
Do I need a 3D file?
Nope. A file like an STL or 3MF helps, but photos with measurements or a sketch often do the job.
How do payment and shipping work?
[Add payment methods]. Printed parts ship within Germany. Pickup isn't available.
