We are a small 3D studio from Donauwörth. You talk directly to the people who model and print your part.
We don't have a shop or a reception for customers. Every part is shipped to you, in Donauwörth, in the Donau-Ries district and throughout Germany.

Questions about 3D printing
How much does a 3D print cost?
The price depends on whether we need to model the part first and how much filament it needs. You get it before printing and then decide.
Is a photo enough to recreate a spare part?
Often, yes. Send us several photos with a ruler or tape measure in the picture and the most important dimensions. We create the 3D model from them and send you a preview and the price before printing.
Can I send my own file?
Yes, for example as STL or 3MF. Add a link in the form or send the file to info@delcube.com. We check it before printing.
What material do you use?
We print with PLA. It is dimensionally stable, precise and good for holders, clips, housings, prototypes and most spare parts around the house.
Can the part withstand heat and sun?
Only to a limited extent. PLA softens from around 55 °C. In a hot car, in the dishwasher or next to a radiator or engine it won't last, nor in constant direct sunlight. If your part is meant for that, we'll tell you before printing.
Can you tell the part is printed?
Yes. Printed parts show fine layer lines. You won't get a smooth surface like from an injection mould. For mounts, cases and spare parts that usually doesn't matter.
Do you print everything?
Almost. We don't print safety-critical parts: nothing for brakes, child seats, gas, electricity or food contact.
How big and how fine can a part be?
Up to 256 × 256 × 256 mm in one piece. We print on a Bambu Lab P1S, fine details with a 0.2 mm nozzle, sturdy parts with a 0.4 mm nozzle. For a spare part to fit, we need exact dimensions.
How fast is it?
We reply within a few hours. Printing starts as soon as a printer is free. How long that takes depends on size and workload. If it's urgent, say so in your request.
Where are you based, and can I pick up the part?
We print in Donauwörth but don't have a customer reception. Pick-up is therefore not possible at the moment. Every part is shipped, even within Donauwörth.
Do you also print for individuals, companies and clubs?
Yes. You can have things 3D printed with us as an individual, just like companies, clubs and shops.
Can I return a part?
Parts we make to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. That's why we clarify everything with you before printing.
